Anti-virus and malicious software tools

Anti-virus program:

www.eset.com The program is NOD32, probably the best paid for anti-virus program on the market.

Malicious software removal:

www.malwarebytes.com The program is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. This is an excellent program for removing malicious software from your computer. This is my first go-to program for cleaning malicious software from computers. There is a free version of this program.

www.superantispyware.com The program is SuperAntiSpyWare Anti-Malware and is similar to Malwarebytes in what it does but this has different definitions and performs the removal task a little differently. I suggest running both if you have a very slow machine with pop-ups showing up. This program also has a free version.
